REFUND POLICY:

ALL PERSONALIZED ITEMS ARE FINAL. Craftin’ It Up Designs does not accept returns or exchanges on personalized/customized items. If we have made a mistake on your order please notify us within 24 hours of receiving your order. Please send me a private message or email me at craftinitupdesignz@gmail.com and provide your order number as well as a photo of the item so we can make arrangements for you to return the item and receive a replacement. To be eligible for a return, your items must be unwashed/unused and in the same condition that you received it.

TERMS OF SERVICE:

My items are made to order so Current turn-around time is 7-14 business days for shipments and local pick-ups. 7-14 business days does NOT include shipping time. All orders will be processed in the order received and shipped out within 14 business days, unless stated otherwise. At Craftin’ It Up Designs we strive to ensure your order is shipped well before the last day of the stated turn-around time.

SHIPPING POLICY:

Shipments are made within 7 - 14 BUSINESS days once payment is RECEIVED. Craftin’ It Up Designs is NOT responsible for any packages delivered to the wrong address or items lost in the mail so please double check your mailing address. Craftin’ It Up Designs does NOT issue refunds for items lost in the mail or items received after the date you need them. I do offer a RUSH service if you need this order before my normal processing time. $5 RUSH FEE 1-3 business days.
